WINE ANALYSIS: Alc/Vol: 12.1%, Acidity: 8.5g/l, pH: 3.10

HARVEST: 27th Feb to 10th April, 2018

WINEMAKING: Old Bush Vine Grenache picked early to retain natural acidity, crushed and pressed immediately to stainless steel tank for cold settling prior to a long slow cold ferment with a Champagne derived yeast strain. This portion was then blended with wild barrel fermented Syrah and Mourvèdre. This Rose was made with bright acidity and textural complexity in mind. Contains minimal sulphites.

NOSE: Red fruits, rose petals and herbal tea.

TASTE: The palate exhibits mixed Summer berries and lively acidity balanced by a textural mid-palate weight, contributed from the barrel fermented portions of the blend. The finish is long, generous and dry.
